Highly sought classic 1980 Bally Skateball Pinball Machine. This early electronic pinball machine has just went through our restoration process and will definitely be the focal point of attention in anyone’s man cave or home gameroom. Turn back time with Boogie Vans and Roller skating with this great classic pinball including 3 pop bumpers, various stand up targets, 3 drop targets, saucer hole, bonus multipliers and iconic vintage pinball electronic sound effects.
Is this game in MINT condition, NO. But we feel most anyone would be pleased with the overall restored condition of this hard to come by classic that is now 46 years old.
CONDITION:
Backglass – Reproduction silkscreened backglass is flawless and looks great.
Cabinet – Entire cabinet has been sanded smooth, blemishes filled and sanded and the entire cabinet has been repainted with quality stencils from PinballPimp. The cabinet looks amazing! We have further installed metal leg protectors to the cabinet behind the legs like those that come on all new pinball machines to prevent the legs from digging into the cabinet. In addition this game has brand new stainless steel side rails, new coindoor skin with foil “Bally” logo. Brand new pinball legs, leg bolts and leg levelers. Exterior metal trim has been buffed and polished to a high shine.
Playfield – This is an original playfield in outstanding condition with minimal wear. We have fully shopped the playfield out by removing all components on the top side of the field and installed brand new Titan Silicone rubber rings and ball. In addition the pop bumpers have been rebuilt with new bodies, skirts and new pop bumper caps. All new drop targets installed throughout the playfield.
Electronics – This game is running on a new Ultimate MPU board upgraded with NVRAM with the removal of the original NiCad battery that are prone to leaking and damaging the MPU board. NVRAM will never leak! In addition this game has a new sound board and a new Lamp Driver Board so that this machine can operate on LEDs. The entire game has been upgraded with premium LED’s. These LED’s look great and consume less power which is a great upgrade for any pinball machine. Our technician has went through this game and checked, adjusted, repaired anything necessary to get this game in perfect working order.
WARRANTY – This pre-owned pinball machine includes our 30 day warranty covering the mechanical and electronic components of this machine.
This is the first time we have had one of these classic machines come through our store, who knows when we'll ever get this title again. Great classics, in a condition such as this are hard to come by.
