Refund policy
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations:
We make arrangements to prepare items for shipment as soon as they are ordered. Therefore, orders must be cancelled in writing via email to craig@pinballandmore.com within 24 hours of purchase to receive a refund.
All order cancellations will be a subject to a 3% restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will be processed back to how they were originally paid for, less the 3% restocking fee.
All Cancellations and returns authorized by Hassell Castle, LLC (DBA Fun Superstore) after 24 hours will be subject to up to 25% restocking fees and the cost of shipping and return shipping.
Pre-Order Game Deposits:
All deposits taken on pre-ordered games are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be forfeited by the buyer if they do not complete the purchase of the game they have pre-ordered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
